Michael Grandner, PhD, MTR, CBSM, FAASM, is a licensed medical psychologist licensed in behavioral sleep medication, director of the Sleep and Well being Analysis Program, and affiliate professor of psychiatry, psychology, medication, dietary sciences, and medical translational science on the College of Arizona. His medical work focuses on non-medication remedies for sleep issues. His analysis examines the connection between sleep and weight problems, diabetes, coronary heart illness, daytime functioning, and longevity.
