A Frédéric Malle's sales assistant told me a few days ago that DVN will be coming back in June 2024. Probably under a different name. I hope that reformulation wont have butchered this masterpiece. And by the way Acne Studios bottle looks the same as DVN
So…I got my sample of Maraschino. I couldn't place the smell until I realized it smells like those cherry flavored markers you use as a kid. 😂
Ok smelled Rammstein Gasolin today. Applied both on my skin and also on paper. Doesn't really bring to my mind the idea of gasoline, rather some other possibly combustible chemical. Starts somewhat animalic, drydown not as much to my nose. I kind of like it.

Bought all Rammstein Frags so far and Paris smells somewhat like Aventus/Hacivat, but there are some noticeable Changes in the DD.
So it‘s not a direct Alternative like Club de Nuit Intense etc. imo.
Oops, I have to say that I have absolutely no interest in a perfume calked “Pussy”, no matter how good it smells. I prefer class over crass. The perfume industry has lost its class and only cares about money, like everyone else in the universe.

Although I truly appreciate your videos and your knowledge, and own lots of perfumes, even if I do not now own many of the latest ones as I cannot afford to buy perfumes at this moment. However, I still appreciate your videos and your knowledge, but my bank account tells me that I do not need any more perfumes. But sometimes when I watch your videos. I find a perfume I think I need. Even though I can no longer afford to buy many or most new perfumes out there, I still love watching your videos and appreciate your knowledge and all your videos.

I had no idea that Rammstein the Metal Band had a line of fragrances. They do have a song called pussy, so makes sense. And lots of fire during their shows, so Gasoline is another one that makes sense as well. Very interested in them 🤘🏼🔥🤘🏼

I love liquides imaginairs.. desert sauve, Dom Rosa, fleuve tendre, tapis volant, sancti, Bete blanche etc and testet the new one last weekend . Sadly a no for me. Starts really interesting, but ends as a mess. Good longevity but a mess of sweet and sour old fruits in the Drydown.
I once went to Bergdorf Goodman and explained that they should make something else besides the Oud Wood lotion. Going out to dinner you would have the scent on your hands. Way later they come out with the body sprays, I always think, was that because of me? Lol!
Wilde sounds interesting. I used to work with plants and love the scent of carnations, gentle spicy floral. I bet that would pair beautifully with ginger. I’m with you re the marine note though, not so sure about that but with a light hand, maybe.
Phlur – I used to hate strawberry as a note but recently picked up Quatre by Boucheron, hoping the top notes would dissipate quickly. They don’t 😂the strawberry hangs around but it’s so well done that I like it. Note to self, don’t rule anything out. Loved the review, thanks for bringing so many new lines to our attention ❤
